6/18/2022:  Boys Town.  Approx. 75 degrees, wind light and variable, clear.

PAX:  24 total- TSwift, Poseidon, Side Salad, Souvenir, Vandelay, Paddles, ReTweet, Barn Door, Tater Tot, Honey Maid, Khakis, Slow Pitch, Chiclets, Ozark, Red Ranger, Cheap Seats, Jackrabbit, A-Bomb, DaVinci, Slow Clap, Pony, and Skipper.  Also 2 FNGs.

Q: Skipper.  Skipper presented the mission and disclaimers.

Warm-A-Rama:  the PAX immediately moseyed to the parking lot at intersection of Walsh Dr. and Doyle Dr. on Boys Town and performed 20 SSHs, 15 cherry pickers, 15 Big Ones, 15 Imperial Walkers, 15 Merkins, 15 Overhead Arm Claps, and 15 LBCs.

Pre Thing:

The PAX then proceeded to the nearby picnic tables for a short Pre Thing of elevated exercises, including dips, Derkins, LBCs with elevated legs, and elevated plank.

The Thing:

The PAX then moseyed to the Boys’ Town track. 

The PAX were divided into four groups for the Gilligan’s Island beatdown. Four stations were set up at different corners of the “island” within the track.  The “Gilligan” station was the push group.  The PAX were directed to perform a series of exercises at their station until pushed.  When moving between stations, the PAX were directed to run 1.25 laps of the track to advance to the next station.  Eventually Skipper realized that the 1.25 laps was too long, keeping PAX at the other stations for too long.  An audible was called.  The PAX were directed to instead just advance to the adjacent station when pushed.

Mary:

The PAX conducted a new ab exercise as explained by Slow Clap.  This was a crunch-type exercise with legs out and 4 count up movement, 4 count down movement.  The PAX went around the circle, with each calling one exercise.
