Today was my 1 year anniversary Q. I ran back the same beatdown that I did the 1st day I started with F3. Thank you Schnitzel for allowing me to steal your hard work.

Thang 1 – Schnitzel called this Pax O’Clock
Starting with Q call out an exercise for 15 reps. The Person calling the exercise does SSH while rest of pax execute the called out exercise. You choose if you want to be hammer or be nice.
The day of my 1st beatdown there were 14 of us. Today I called on all the Pax that were here again 1 year later. (Myself, Schnitzel, HeiHei, Tater Tot, Khaki’s, Vandelay, Cheapseats, WaitTime, SweatLodge (was FNG that day too) and T-Swift 10 of 14 were present and Mulligan was Q’ing BunzTown.
Thang 2 – Sausage Wheel
Mosey to Heart Break Hill (wet from recent snow melt) for legendary Sausage Wheel. Rules are rules, we did pass a SpeedBump enroute to hill so we did 5 burpees.
For my 1st beatdown there was 14 of us and we had enough time to allow all PAX to get thru spinning the Wheel. Today we had a larger than normal group. So we hammer thru as many Pax as possible.
There were 5 ‘Sausages’ on the wheel PAX could land on.
Hot Dog = Run HeartBreak Hill
Chorizo = 5 Burpee’s
Frankfurter = 15 Merkins
Kielbasa = 20 LBC’s
Breakfast Sausage = 20 Air Squats
At ~6:45 Omaha was called and we mosey’d back to flags
Rules are still rules. We hit two SpeedBumps on route back home so we did 10 burpees before returning to flags

One year anniversary COT
Tater Tot asked me Tuesday this week at BadgerPointe to try to summarize in one word my journey in F3 for 1st year. The word that came to mind is:
Fulfilling!
Thinking about that word Fulfillment and what that means to me here are some things that come to mind:
It Means:
-Building stronger and more Meaningful Relationships w/M and 2.0’s, with the PAX in F3, at work and w friends and family
-I have taken back my Physical and Mental Well-Being: taking care of myself physically, has led to me being in better mental health
-I have found a new Purpose and Passion life: I am finding joy and a sense of purpose in things I used to take for granted.
Recent Milestones I am proud of –
1 – I was selected to be apart of leadership team for Jan 2024 CSAUP. What an incredible experience! Speechless
2 – just completed 1st ever dry/sober month since I became of legal drinking age.
3 – this past Sunday, post CSAUP, I completed my 4th half marathon since November 2023.
-Personal Growth – No coincidence to me that I recently was recommended to leadership position at work. For 1st time in my professional career I will have Manager Tile and direct reports.
-For all these spoken reasons, and plenty others I haven’t spoken of, I am soo grateful for this group of men. You have filled and overflowed my bucket. You have completely and totally invigorated me.
