Title: “Passion”
PAX: (13) Schrute, Duracell, Boss Hog, Glory Day, Stall, OG Kickstand, Double Dip, KOA, Nature Boy, Fun Dip, FNG
Prerunners: Fun Dip, Boss Hog, Double Dip, KOA, G String & Razzle Dazzle
At 0430, G String pulled into the parking lot to set up thethang down on the field. Had to get there early to wheel barrow all the paver bricks down to the field for the thang. This was a workout in itself.
At 0515, Razzle Dazzle welcomed the PAX to Mount Olympus, stating F3 stands for fitness, followship, and faith. He covered 5 core principles – it’s free, open to all men, always outside, it’s held in a rotating fashion, and it ends in a circle of trust. He told them that we leave no man behind and no man where we found them. He covered the Mission Statement to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership and that he is not a professional. G String mumbled that he wasn’t either. The PAX were excited that there was one FNG.
Warm a Rama:
– 10 x Big Ones (IC)
– 10 x Tappy Taps (IC)
– 10 x Sungods (IC)
– 10 x Side Straddle Hops (IC)
G String tasked Duracell with DJ duties and requested that he ran his speaker down to the field quick because the pre thing would not be possible with a speaker in hand. Off he went. Razzle Dazzle started things off with the pre thing – All About the Benjamins – as follows. The PAX performed this in route to the field.
– 25 curls
– 25 lunges
– 25 mountain climbers
– 25 lunges
– 25 over head press
– 25 lunges
– 25 groiners
– 25 lunges
– 25 tricep extension
– 25 lunges
– 25 squats
About 50 yards from the field, Razzle Dazzle called out the conclusion of the prething and asked the PAX to pick up their coupons and mosey to the field where G String attempted to explain the plan.
The group split into three groups to perform a two station three man grinder.
One group stayed at station one which was the south endzone. Another group took the coupons to the other endzone for the other station, dropping off coupons at the 50 yard line for the push group. The push group carried the paver bricks to the middle of the field, set them down, performed 5 blockees, then continued with the paver bricks to the second station where they pushed the other group.

While this seemed simple to follow, the PAX were excited to run off and get started, so things got kind of confusing right at the get go. None the less, the rotation worked itself out. G String blamed Fun Dip for the unorganized explanation, stating the ‘he stressed him out’.
At 0552, G String shouted Omaha to start the mosey back up the hill to the flags. Schrute helped wheel barrow the bricks because as stated above, this was a workout in itself. “We’ll have to remember this for future beatdowns” – they agreed.
KOA started the circle of Sarpy Slammers, totaling to the 13 count.

COT:
Razzle Dazzle related today’s sexy theme to passion. He shared a verse from the Daily Wisdom by Julie Fournier. When you love something you’re willing to work harder, commit more, sacrifice more, and give more for it. Love the game, love the grind, love the process, love what you do. It’s hard to outwork passionate people, so make passion your competitive advantage and find it in all aspects of your life.
Razzle Dazzle prayed us out.
Aye!
