KOA welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the mission to Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups for the re-invigoration of male community leadership.
KOA went on to cover the 5 core principles of F3.
1) Open to ALL men.
2) Always Free.
3) Always held outdoors
4) Lead in a rotating fashion
5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).
There was one FNG who was welcomed by the rest of the PAX. KOA let everyone know he was not a professional and to modify as necessary.
5:32-5:34am Warm-O-Rama
PAX moseyed to the central greenspace and we completed 15 side straddle hops in cadence, 15 big SLOW big ones, and 15 tappy taps. This concluded the Warm-O-Rama.
5:34-5:42am Pre-Thang
PAX moseyed to the sideline and paired up. We completed a traditional 11’s with Burpees on the far side and Big boys on the near side. The difference is that PAX were asked to grab each others shoulders with one PAX member running forward and the other providing back pressure. PAX switch running in the opposite direction.
5:43-6:05am The Thang
PAX counted off into 4 groups.
- Group 1 performed a bear crawl from the corner of the soccer field, across the width to the opposite corner cone. Here they pushed group 2 to the next cone.
- Group 2 performed exercises found on the sheet AMRAP in order until they were pushed and then they ran to the far end of the field. To push group 3.
- Group 3 and 4 performed exercises at there respective cones and were pushed as described above.
Omaha was called at 6:05 and PAX moseyed back to the shovel flags for Mary.
6:05-6:08am Mary
PAX completed Sarpy Slammers in cadence Rancid Style.

COT
KOA described a situation about sitting at a stop light that just turned green and watching a large vehicle speeding from the other direction, not slowing down, even though their light is red. Do you go? If you go and get hit, you were right, but was it worth it.
Think about places in your life where you think/know you are right, but it may not be the right time or place to let it be known. Maybe being right all the time is not the best strategy. KOA challenged PAX to find ways to be right only when necessary in our work and daily lives, to avoid catastrophic issues with the relationships we are a part of.
Aye.
