THANG – Mosey from Warm’A’Rama to the base of the Elmwood par 3 hole.
Ladder type beatdown. Each Round = # of reps for that round. With each round add in previous round exercise(s). After each round you will run to top of stairs/hill, do round # of Big Boys and return to bottom for next round.
After approximately 15 minutes Omaha was called. We then mosey’d to part two of the thang. This was located at the stairs near the playground of the park. From here the workout continued with the groups picking up where they each left off respectively.
