The Dragons Lair 01/20/24, 6:00 AM, Feels like -21 Degrees

PAX: 9 Total : Hard Hat, Crowdsource, Griswold, Patty Mayo, Pegleg, Hosel Rocket, Crab Cakes, Mr Miyagi (Happy Birthday!)

QIC: Duracell

Warmarma: 20 side straddle hops, 10 sun gods, 10 reverse sun gods, 10 tappy taps, 15 High knees, 15 Slap Back Jack

Due to the snow, we stayed in the parking lot for the duration (a few Pax chose to add a short run after their sets)

The Thang:
The setup was simple: We bearcrawled across the parking lot (about 20 yds), 10 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 10 Squats.  This sequence was repeated for about 30 minutes.  Most performed roughly 10 sets. 

For the next 15 minutes, we did HIIT sets of 45 seconds on, 15 seconds recover of Cardio, Core, Chest… repeat.

Everybody Hurts:
We finished by doing static holding moves for the 5:20 of Everybody hurts: Elevator Merkins, hold lunge position with arms out, boat, Sarpy Slammers.

COT:
The COT was based on the Favorite Quote from the Q: Discipline Solves all Problems. We discussed how you vs. you problems can typically be solved by discipline.
