Pax circled up counted into five groups. The first 4 groups went to each floor and performed the following exercises until pushed. Push group would run up the incline and run backwards on the flats.

For those that didn’t notice, we ran backwards a lot today. The reason we did this is that sometimes we need a reminder to take steps back from things. I’veneeded to do a better job of keeping this in mind as of late. Let’s just say wedding planning isn’t in my wheel house and I have had moments of frustration and at times I’ve done a better job of taking a step back to see the big picture and there have been times I haven’t. The big picture is that I’m so fortunate for the opportunity to get married to my wonderful M (you guys too with all the extra treats) and I need to not get stuck looking at the individual trees in this process. My message for the day is when you feel frustrated and maybe even a little overwhelmed take a step back to see the big picture.
