Warm-A-Rama:
1/2 Lap around the track
SSH x 20 IC
High Knees x 20 IC
Tappy Taps x 15 IC
Carolina Drydocks x 15 IC
Pre-THANG:
The PAX were split into groups of 3 and performed the following Grinder
Partner #1 ran the following while partner #2 & 3 performed exercises.
- Partner #1
- Run to the 25 yard line and back to the goal line
- Run to the 50 yard line and back to the goal line
- Run to the opposite 25 yard line and back to the goal line
- Run to the opposite goal line and back to the goal line.
- Partner #2 & 3
- First Run = Merkins
- Second Run = Mountain Climbers
- Third Run = Squats
- Fourth = Big Boys
- When Partner #1 is done, partner #2 performs the run, partner 2 & 3 perform exercises. When Partner #2 is done, partner #3 performs the run, partner 1 & 2 perform exercises.
The THANG: Burpee Mile
The PAX partnered up and performed a burpee mile.
- Partners performed 20 burpees together, then ran one lap around the track. Each time partners completed one lap, they performed 20 burpees again. No burpees were performed after the final lap. A total of 80 burpees and 4 laps were performed.
6 MoM:
- Plague, Pony, and Grillz all took turns leading us in their mary of choice.

- Be grateful for the people around you. I am grateful for my M. She takes care of our family, and makes our world continue to spin. I am also grateful to my brothers, Tater Tot and Slowpitch, who I get to hang out with most mornings. I am also grateful to all my fellow F3 brothers, especially my Shieldlock. Make sure to tell the people closest to you how grateful you are. We do not say thank you enough to the people that support us. Take time to say thank you and show your appreciation.
