Beverley Hills is a wonderful AO and I was thrilled to be invited to Q. It is possibly my favorite AO that I typically do not attend as I enjoy starting my Wednesday mornings pre-running with Vandelay. Beverley Hills has quite a reputation. It is a 24 hour park in that, there is always something happening no matter what time it is. As we were gathering at the shovel flags for some mumble chatter the nearby bush was rustling. Within moments a raccoon popped out and stared at us like we were invading his dinner space. It didn’t need to worry about our invasion into his space. It was 0530 and time to get to the beatdown.
I introduced myself, cited the mission statement and five core principles. Since this was going to be a string of pearls workout, I had to say that we leave no man behind, but leave no man where we found him. So we were off and running

The pax were enjoying this route as we came down from where we started. But with Beverley Hills, there are hills and now was the time we had to start venturing back up hill. We run up the Center street hill and gathered at the top. We had a 10 count and off again, this time north toward Woolworth St.
At the corner of Woolworth, we pumped out Merkins, Mountain climbers and plank jacks and got on our way. The next gathering spot was up Woolworth street and circled up on Park Ave.
At the corner of Woolworth and Park, we circled up and did Captain Thors for a set of 5.
We finished out the run going down Woolworth and down through the bowels of Hanscom. Through the Folf park and finished the run near the shovel flag parking lot.
Mary – We did 6 Hill runs
Announcements and Prayers were covered in some mumble chatter talk after the beatdown.
COT – Don’t get aggravated by questions because sometimes it is peoples way of trying to engage with you.
