5:15 AM:
Black Tuesday to welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the F3 Mission: Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Black Tuesday then recited the 5 core principles of F3. 1) Free of charge 2) Open to all men. 3) Held outdoors, 4) Peer led in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).
Black Tuesday then informed the group that he is not a professional and to modify as necessary. He recited the creedo – “Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him.”
Black Tuesday then lead the PAX in Warm-O-Rama:

Pre-Thang:
The PAX then moseyed to the bottom of Main Street Hill and split into two groups for pre-thang. Merkins x10 at the bottom, imperial walkers x10 IC at the top. The PAX needed to complete this 5 times. Girl Dad (Bell Tower Site Q) requested that the Farm get similar treatment to YHCs Q the previous week at the Bell Tower – so this was the Farm’s version of the same.
Thang: The groups then moseyed to a lighted cone at the main square of the Farm where YHC explained the Thang. “Perseverance through Adversity”
The PAX were to mosey (quickly) around the square, stopping at two stations to perform exercises. But where does the adversity come in you ask? Along the path between the two stations there was a blinking cone, which indicated the “adversity zone” of the path. The PAXs only way to make it through the adversity zone was by broad jump (x3) Burpee-ing(x3) (so 3 broad jumps, 3 burpees, rinse and repeat until you exit the zone).

COT:
Perseverance through Adversity – 2.0 kept stopping in the swarms of flys while hiking in the mountains.
Life is a series of adverse events, the next time you’re in one – think about the swarm of flies. Remember to push through, whether or not you can see the other side. You never know how beautiful things will be once you do.
Thank you!! BT
