COT:

If you saw my backblast, it had a question “Is there a light at the end of the tunnel?”

Sometimes when we are going through something difficult it can seem like there isn’t.  I recently went through a very challenging situation at work.  I’ve been talking to some of the PAX about it.  I have been with my employer for 22 years, and recently instead of celebrating my 22-year anniversary, I was instead dealing with some undesirable circumstances.  There were times during a 2-3 week stretch when I was questioning everything I was doing, as work was very difficult.  But I stuck it out and ultimately, this event helped me see great value in those who were around me, those who did whatever was needed for each other and the organization.  It established a real sense of team, and ultimately, we got through it, we learned from it, we got better because of it and we are now on the other side of the tunnel and we are seeing the light again.

Schrute closed us out in prayer

Aye,
Schrute
