Pax moseyed to the dock to complete a portion of the running and half of the excercised

Dock portion, 50 reps each:

Merkins, LBCs, Cherry Pickers, Squats, Mountain Climbers, Plank Jacks, Overhead Claps, Scissor Kicks, American Hammers, Alternating shoulder taps, High Knees, Side Straddle Hops

Pax completed 2 burpees per set of 50 reps

Pax moseyed to the bridge for the second port of excercises.

Bridge portion, 50 reps of excercises, 2 burpees per set.

In addition, pax completed 100 dips and step-ups, with 2 burpees per set of 50.

Pax moseyed back towards the shovel flags, stopped at the pier to complete 100 pullups/derkins/rows and 4 burpees.

Pax completed the mosey to the shovel flags where they finished the burpees and 100 metre bear crawl for a total of 1776 reps.

Announcements:

The Canyon will complete it’s move to the Jean Leahy Mall in the next few weeks.

Frisbee will continue to be a thing before Canyon workouts at 6 AM, both before and after the move.
