Thang:
YHC decided to change things up and leave the weights behind. Instead, we would be doing various sets of exercises to failure. This consisted of two separate sets and after each set, we would lunge the straightaway of the steel sand mill expressway. This would continue until Omaha was called at 0605 hrs. Schrute had a great idea to do the sets backwards the second time around. Great idea Schrute! This allowed us to feel the effects of major fatigue in reverse. We managed 3 sets of a lot of lunges, but YHC cut it down a bit after the first set. This was strictly down in the interest of time. At 605 hrs., we would complete Mary in the grassy area. This was followed by Sarpy slammers at the flags.
Set 1 (All reps to failure)

-Dips
-Pull-Ups
Set 2 (All reps to failure)

COT:
Have you ever been so afraid of failing at something that you decided not to try at all? Or has fear of failure meant that, subconsciously, you undermined your own efforts to avoid the possibility of a larger failure? Many of us have probably experienced this at one time or another. The fear of failing can be immobilizing – it can cause us to do nothing, and therefore resist moving forward. But when we allow fear to stop our forward progress in life, we’re likely to miss some great opportunities along the way. Don’t be afraid of failure, instead embrace the process and acceleration will follow.
