When YHC arrived, he was amazed at the number of pre pre and pre runners and when he returned from the prerun he was even more amazed that there were cars and PAX everywhere. With this being YHC’s RESPECT beatdown and Whiff’s VQ the PAX were out in full force.
At 5:30 AM, AH tied to welcome the Pax to F3 but they were a rambunctious bunch – AH continued by reminding them of the F3 Mission: Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration/reinvigoration of male community leadership. AH then recited the 5 core principles of F3 after the PAX reminded him to do so. 1) Free of charge 2) Open to all men. 3) Held outdoors, 4) Peer led in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT) and then recited the F3 Credo to leave no man behind but leave no man where you find him.
AH gave the standard disclaimer that he is not a professional and to modify as necessary as there is a chance of injury. Especially since this beatdown was going to be a burner.
Nae Nae brought out FNG Diamond, now known as Formica. Welcome Formica, so glad you came out this morning.
The beatdown comprised on running the Papio Bay loop. If Pax wanted to, they could stop and do the following after each lap:
- 50 Cut a Flip
- 50 Air Squats
- 50 Cut a Flip
- 50 Monkey Humpers
- 50 Cut a Flip
- 50 Jump Squats
- 50 Cut a Flip
- 50 Lunges
- 50 Cut a Flip
- 50 Burpees
I have no idea who did or did not stop.
Eventually, OMAHA was called.

COT:
As I turn 50, I realized that life is a short trip, so you got to enjoy it. Also, as you get older you realize it’s not about the material things that bring you the most joy. It’s the people you value the most, the ones how bring out the best in you, make you laugh, are there when you hurt, and that push you to become a better version of yourself.
I have so many special memories with F3 Omaha and many of you. This group is special, and I feel very blessed to be a part of it and have all of you here for this occasion.
