5:30 AM Sweet Sweet welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the F3 Mission: Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Sweet Sweet said the 5 core principles of F3. 1) Free of charge 2. Open to all men. 3) Held outdoors, 4) Peer led in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT). We have a credo to leave no man behind and leave no man where we found him.
Sweet Sweet also informed the group that he was not a professional and that it is important to remember to MODIFY as needed on this wet morning.
Sweet Sweet recognized the former site Qs and had them raise there hands. Tonight Show, Thomas, Mu Fasa, Ketchup, myself, and the future with Switchfoot.

Thank you to the former Site Qs for leading this site for many years, We wouldn’t be here without their leadership. Thank you to Wait Time for bringing F3 to us, to Tater Tot for his daily leadership of all things in the community, and to Khakis for keeping the standard the standard. Thank you to all the weekly Qs that led a workout this past year. You guys are the ones that make this whole thing keep rolling. A special thank you to Sparty for being a constant my first few months in F3 and to continue to be a great friend and check on me early on. A couple of memories from the last year. Baby shoes led a workout in a severe thunder storm and we were doing merkins in standing rain up to our wrists. Thinking what the F are we doing out here! Busser led us in a blizzard and when we helped Fine Print get unstuck in the snow due to his emergency break being on! Lots of great sunrises on the dam and feeling alive with that negative north wind chill whipping us around the lake front. This past year has gone so fast that one day you wake and the year is over. Many great memories and moments along the way. It was great to see so many faces today and last Flag pass. You guys should try the site out on the other 51 weeks too!
Now that my time is coming to an end I feel very good about the site moving forward. Switchfoot and I go back to Jr High and High School but I don’t think we said 2 words to each other those 6 years. Talk about a consistent dude! It took meeting up at F3 to come full circle. Now we chat every week. He is here every Tuesday putting in the work. I think he was here more than Sweet Sweet was due to his travel schedule this year. We look forward to his leadership and how he leads the Kingdom over the next year! So with that lets get this flag in his hands. The flag was passed and Switchfoot said he was grateful for the opportunity and looks forward to the next year.
A Nugent flag was passed from Milk Carton to Switchfoot. Great words from Milk Carton who mentioned he is newer to F3 and was EH’d by Switchfoot. He mentioned Nugent’s COT from the top of the flag that this group is a group of brothers to dominate life with. The flags were passed and hugs were had. We balled up around Swithfoot and Sweet Sweet and Ketchup prayed us out.
Thank you to Fine Print for not sleeping last night to brew coffee, as well as Frosty for the coffee and table, Khakis for the coffee, Crowd Source for the music with assist from Fine Print on the speaker. Shout out to Sweet Sweet’s M for providing Scotcheroos as a nice sweet treat!
What a great morning!
With Love and Gratitude,
Sweet Sweet
