Oompa welcomed the PAX to F3 Omaha at 5:30 AM. The Mission Statement, Disclaimer, and 5 Core Principles were given. An inquiry about FNGs was also made, but no FNGs were in attendance. We had a first-time Roper, in Hinges (great to have you!). The PAX then moseyed to the shittiest asphalt parking lot in F3Omaha, dubbed “the ass scratcher” on the north side of the school.

Name-o-Rama Announcements and Prayers
Murph Challenge is underway. T-claps to the 13 men who pre-smurphed this morning! Roadhouse wanted prayers for his mentee, who is making a transition to college soon. COT
Oompa talked to the pax about how things that are mundane or ideas that are cliche are sometimes the hardest things to accomplish in life. Mowing your yard, drinking enough water, exercising, doing laundry, etc. These things, when completed well, get almost no recognition from others. When completed poorly, they tend to weigh on a man’s mind and invite negative thoughts.
Oompa encouraged the PAX to celebrate each other for accomplishing these things, because when we do, only then are we empowered to be creative and push our lives forward. Even the beatdown today was a repeat of a Killswitch Combine beatdown from April 2022. Things don’t need to be original to be hard, and we should celebrate when we accomplish them. We do this everyday in F3: We tell the man next to us good job for completing the workout and for showing up. That is a cornerstone of this organization and something F3 has taught me to do in my daily life to make the lives of those around me better.
