Escobar wasn’t originally scheduled to Q the Woodshed, but Bayside was out with an injury due to a
freak accident and stepped up when needed. A true HIM.
The Thang
Due to the short notice, Escobar left it up to the PAX if they wanted to do a Tabata style workout or do a
Murph. The Murph was chosen.
