Pax 1 did an exercise while Pax 2 ran to the other end of the parking lot where the cones were lined up. After running, the partners swapped out and continued the exercise until the cumulative number of reps were completed: Burpees (50), Overhead Claps (100), Merkins (150), Big Boy Sit-ups (200), Squats (250)

COT: Yesterday’s tribute beatdown for Falcon got me reflecting on how short life can be. I thought to was a good time to remind myself and all of you to enjoy the little things each day and don’t take them for granted.
For me last week, it was just a simple game of catch with my middle 2.0. He is 7 now and is starting to pick up the game better. We were throwing the baseball around and it took me back to my childhood for a bit. I was truly enjoying the moment of a simple game of catch with him in the yard and not worrying about all the things that needed to get done.
Life gets so busy for me, as I’m sure it does for all of you. And I’m always trying to keep up with this or that or look something up on my phone…but just to be playing catch in the yard and not be distracted was just so joyful in the moment.
So as we continue to remember Falcon and his family, a small thing that we can do to honor his life is to not take those little joys each day for granted and live life to its fullest.
After the workout we enjoyed some great 2nd F with coffee on site courtesy of Boss Hogg and some birthday coffee cake compliments of my M. A perfect morning in the gloom!
Aye! Ray Ban
