At 6:00am, Longboard welcomed the PAX to F3, F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. I then covered the 5 core principles (free, open to all men, always outside, led in a rotating fashion, and end in a circle of trust), the mission statement (to plant, grow, and serve small men’s workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership), the credo (leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him), and the disclaimer.

Warm O Rama: Tappy Taps, Big Ones and Toy Soldiers I explained the goal today was to have fun and a tour of Papillion.
Pre-thing: We moseyed over to the Papillion Amphitheater where we did 22 Derkins, 22 LBC’s, 22 Step Ups and 22 Tricep Extensions. We then moseyed to the Papillion Park we showcased our Monkey Humpers, Oh Yeah’s and Rosalitas, facing 84th st. AS Duracell has conveniently named ‘Creepy Corner’.
The Thing: We then headed over to the Papillion walking bridge over 84th St. It was well lit due to the preparations for the Papillion Winter Wonderland that was later that day. We completed 11’s with High Five Big Boys on the West side of 84th and Hive Five Burpees on the East side and running the steps and ramp of the walkway bride in between. We got about half way until we needed to head back to the flags.

CoT: Longboard told the story of his wife and how they met. It boils down to looking for the best in people, staying positive and when an opportunity appears, grab it and take advantage.
Longboard closed us out in prayer with the highlight of Swiper ending in “Jesus on 3, 1… 2… 3…Jesus!”
