COT: I shared my journey this last year since joining F3. I have lost weight, came out of my shell, and created some amazing bonds and friendships. I shared some past struggles I have had with anxiety and anger, and how F3 has helped me discover it is ok to admit you have problems and its ok to reach out for help. This group has helped me physically, but mentally is where the biggest changes have happened.

Don’t be afraid to admit you are struggling, don’t be afraid to ask for help. The help is there, you just need to ask for it.

Our brother Duracell took us out in prayer.
