At 6am, I welcomed the PAX to F3, F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. CoT: The Holidays can be a stressful time. Stress and Anxiety can be overwhelming. I know for me my plate is extra full with work, traveling to visit my Ms family in OK, holiday parties and get together. Plus all the normal things we do day to day. It’s easy for me to get anxious if I overthink it. Some of the best ways to avoid that I know for me is to talk about it, take care of myself and take moments to pause in my busy moments and make sure I’m making the main thing the main thing. Let’s help each other have the best Christmas season we’ve ever had.
