6:00 am Swaggerville started with some early pre running, but we cut the 5:30 am short to be back in time. I saw Duracell setting up and went and checked on him. Farva then welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the mission to Plant, Serve and Grow small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. He also mentioned that they were an International Organization now.
Farva then covered the 5 core principles of F3. 1) Open to ALL men. 2. Always Free. 3) Always held outdoors, 4) Lead in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).
Longboard said he had an FNG coming, but 6:00 am hit and no FNG. We started without him, but Low Flow went back to find them. Eventually Kenny showed and we had an FNG.
Farva reminded the PAX that he is not a professional. Modify as necessary, especially today with the storms looming and what I had planned. From this point forward there is a real risk of injury.

6:12 Pre Thang – Song Ruiner, “Little Drummer Boy”, by Duracell
- Duracell would lead the Pax into position in a circle & will alternate between bear crawl & crab walk. Every time the lyric “pa rumpa pum pum” is sang, PAX will do 1 rep (merkin while in bear crawl & Oh Yeah while in crab walk) and then flip to the other exercise & continue in the circle.
- This proved to be terrible. Hard. As expected. Frozen ground. Cold hands. Was perfect.

Some Christmas Facts and Trivia –
The first was a fact that I mentioned the Bible does not actually mention December 25th as The actual birth of Christ. And it is believed that the early Christians moved the celebration to December 25 to rival some Pagan customs and rituals of the time.
The 12 Days of Christmas represent the 12 days between Christmas and the Epiphany, which is the celebration of the 3 Scholars or 3 Wise men who traveled from the East, bringing Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh.
The other nugget I talked about was how forever in my life I really had a problem when folks used the term X-MAS, I always felt like they were talking the “Christ” out of Christmas. So I actually looked up the origin of X-MAS, and its actually quite the opposite. The X, was taken from the Greek letter X, which stands for CHI, which is the first letter in the Christ. So X-MAS actually means Christmas!
I took us out in prayer..
Aye! Swiper
