4 stations (one every 100 meters)
Station 1 : 10 squats
Station 2 : 10 squats, 20 merkins
Station 3 : 10 squats, 20 merkins, 30 LBC’s
Station 4 : 10 squats, 20 merkins, 30 LBC’s, 40 side straddle hops (single count)
Repeat until Omaha
