Circle of Trust:  Try something different

Ever heard someone quote the old saying that insanity is continuing to do the same thing and expecting different results?  Here is my odd challenge to you today, try doing something different than normal.  Oh, that sounds easy, but think of something you really struggle with try the opposite approach that you normally do.  When you’re commuting to work if someone cuts you off, instead of responding with anger, laugh.  If during the morning routine the kids are testing your patience, instead of getting upset, sit down and talk with them or play with them in a fun way.  If someone at work is challenging or coming at you, instead of responding with defensiveness, ask them if they can explain how they would have liked to see the outcome or if they have an idea they think might help out.
