It was a cold rainy and windy Tuesday morning and 7 BAMS braved the weather and joined me in concurring a building block beat-down promptly at 5:30.   The crew included Farva, Tarter Tot, Slow Pitch, Razzle Dazzle, Irish Car Bomb, Crankbait Low Flow, and myself.  I introduced myself welcomed everyone and thanked them very being here at F3 which stands for Fitness Fellowship and Faith.  I gave out Mission State, our Credo and let everyone know the disclaimer to modify as needed as I am not an expert.  We took a short mosey from the Flags in the parking lot down to the football field where 4 previously lit cones created a 50 yard by 50 yard square.  We circled up for a very uncharacteristic warmarama – 15 SSH with the last 10 done in silence.  If we all stopped at the same time we would move on if not 5 burpees.  It took 3 times to perfect it but as they say the 3rd time is a charm.

When then split into 2 groups of 4 for The Thang.   Each group started at their corner and the did first exercise and then went half way around to the diagonal side and the did the first exercise then back around to the starting cone to do the first exercise and second exercise so forth and so on for a progressive beat-down.

Once you have completed all the exercises at each cone it was time to rinse and repeat…we almost got through 2 times before I called Omaha at

After calling Omaha we gathered up the cones and moseyed back to the Shovel Flags where there wind bent my flag nicely at 45 degree angle.   We did Name-O-Rama with a little bit of commentary along the way.  F’ around screw around soon you won’t be around.  Announcements were made including the CSAUP on the 28th of January, Freed to Bleed on the 23rd of December along with several other 3rd F opportunities.  Prayers were requested for loved ones close and far.  Then it was time for my COT

BE NOT AFRAID – Be Not Afraid is the most written phrase in the Bible at 365 times … I guess one for each day to remind us that a day doesn’t go by that my savior is there saying “Be Not Afraid I go before you always come follow ME and I will give you rest”  Through difficult times it is important to remember this….but as important as following is leading for other who might be afraid.  As HIM we are called to act in the image of Christ … so there are times we need to look into our wife’s eyes or children or anyone who may need your leadership-protection … “Be Not Afraid I go before you always come follow me and I will give you rest”  It is such a beautiful thing no matter what part of it you are.

I took us out in a short prayer.
