Started with mosey down street to Glasgow the do some warm-o-Rama at bottom of hill:

Bernie Sanders up Glasgow then at top:

Mosey down hill then to Dumfries, sprint to top:

Mosey down the to Glenmorrie, alternate Bernie Sanders and forward sprint to top:

-25x Reverse Lunges

Mosey down hill then run to top of Bernadette:

Surprise jaunt up Bernadette again then mosey back to flags. About 2 miles total.
Finish up with Sarpy Slammers and name-o-Rama…

Today is the 100th day of the year (usually it’s day 99 but it’s a leap year). It’s also my M’s half-birthday and a good time to reflect on how things have been going so far.
Any New Year’s resolutions? How have those been going?
- Baby Shark’s chose your hard (being unhealthy is hard, staying fit is hard…)
- I want to get better at running up hills
Today can serve as a checkpoint…
- Ask yourself about your goals and why you set them. (I want to improve my overall fitness/endurance and struggle with going up hill)
- If things have changed, modify to fit where you’re at now. (I can keep going up hills but I want to be able to go faster now)
