Vanilla Ice, Double Dip, BloodShot, Cop-A-Squat, Stella, Polaroid, Invictus, Gunner, Irish Car Bomb, No FNG’s

Q: Ruxpin

There was a pre-run, not sure how many or if they would regret it later.

We started right at 5:30.  No one was late.

Warm o Rama

  • run around the circle to the tower.  We did Burpees until everyone named the person that EH’ed them.  Safe Ride wasn’t there but his name was said by 4 HIM.  Well done!  Invictus took his sweet time to say who EH’ed him.  Sooo we did burpees.
  • We ran back to the start and did some Sun gods and cherry pickers.  That concludes our warm o rama

Main Thing

  • We grabbed our blocks and started shuffling to the stage.  Gunner picked up the pace and we ran with him.
  • Once on the stage, we did some big ones

Now it was time to become men.

  • 1 min jump rope. Then do a set of ManMakers and a set of Big boys starting with 10.  Then back to 1 minute of jump roping.  Then sets of 9.  Jump rope a minute, do a set working your way down to 1.
  • The mumble chatter died for a bit as we contemplated what we got into.   Things of note: Double Dip kept showing off with his double jumps.  I thought Stella was gonna jump rope off the stage, but he was safe.  Vanilla Ice may have finished first, then kept going.

American hammers to end

COT: Leave no man behind but leave nom and where you found him.  The last time I was scheduled to Q, I missed because I had Covid.  After recovering, being out of town, etc, I had missed close to 2 months of working out.  Shout out to the guys who reached out and connected with me.  Inviting me to pre-runs and workouts.  Helped me get out of the fart sack and get going.

Men are made through hard work, but great men make other great men.
