A great Morning at Paradise! Surprisingly throughout my 3 years at F3 I have not Q’d here. Great memories! Presented the mission statement, core principals, NO FNGS’s.
We moseyed over to the Parking lot of Wheatfields for Warm a Rama! A very short one. 5 Count of Side Straddle Hops….DONE!
Today, we needed to find a partner with similar running abilities and size…You’ll find out why! The mission of today was an out and back to Center Street. This will cover at least 3 miles. In between we will be stopping for exercises with your partner.
We stopped 5 times along the way and did partner pushups. Basically this this means that your partner goes into a plank position. You use your partners back to place your feet on in order to complete 10 DERKINS. Once you completed your Derkins, you switch with your partner. There were also two distinct hills along the trail we stopped at and you had to carry your partner half way up the hill, and then switch with your partner. We made it back to flags around 5:52, and did one round of American Hammers.

COT: Lots of reflection and great memories of the original Paradise Island—I can’t believe over 3 years being a part of F3 I have not ever Q’d, so Im very happy for the opportunity. Through those years lots of changes have personally changed in my life, but the biggest takeaway that I’ve had is simple. No matter what has happened in my life, marriage, etc, I know that I am not alone. I want everyone to feel the connection and love of F3 so that they never feel alone.
