Pony welcomed the PAX, gave the mission statement and the disclaimer. The PAX then split into two groups of no more than ten and moseyed to their warm-a-rama destination.
Warm-A-Rama:
Pony Express led this portion of the workout.

Pre-THANG:
Pony led the Pre-Thang
The PAX was split into 5 groups of 4. Each PAX member took turns either running forward, backward, skipping, or one legged 20 yards away and back. The first team to have all their members complete the run, got to choose an exercise for the whole PAX to perform.
Round 1 = Merkins
Round 2 = Squats
Round 3 = LBC
Round 4 = Hand Release Merkins
After 4 rounds, Omaha was called and the PAX went to the track.
The THANG:
Group #1
Partener up with someone. Groups of 2 will complete the exercise together for a combined total of 50 reps.
Round 1
- 50 Burpees
- After completion, 1200 meter run
Round 2
- 50 Merkins
- After completion, 800 meter run
Round 3
- 50 Squats
- After completion, 400 meter run
Omaha was called after the first group completed the Thang, and the PAX split into two teams to play kickball.

The teams were very evenly matched. It came down to the final inning, but team 1 ended up getting the 1 run victory. Final score 5-4.
A final Omaha was called at 6:55
6 MoM:
- Mary was scrapped as we were running very far behind schedule. Bubbles ran very quickly back to his car to grab his phone, then ran back to the PAX to get a running name-a-rama. Once all PAX members were back at the flags, announcements and prayers were said.
CoT:
Today’s CoT was about giving grace. Give grace to those that are asked to lead and be vulnerable. Giving grace will allow others to learn and grow as leaders.
