F3 Omaha February 11, 2023- 0700 The Oracle AO, Skipper Q
2/11/2023: Boys Town. Approx. 25 degrees, wind light and variable, clear, paved surfaces mostly free of ice and snow, small amount of remaining snow on grassy areas.
PAX: 20 total- T Swift, Lazer Jet, TC, Super Tights, Hei Hei,Schnitzel, E-85, Bovine, Big One, Wentworth, Rollbar, Cutting Edge, Old Spice, Herkey, Speed Bump, Straight Flush,Wolfgang, Rollbar, and Skipper FNG- Flanagan.
Q: Skipper. Skipper presented the mission and disclaimers. The PAX were directed to, while moseying, talk to someone new, make a new friend.
Warm-A-Rama: the PAX immediately moseyed to the parking lot at intersection of Walsh Dr. and Doyle Dr. on Boys Town and performed 15 SSHs, 15 Goofballs, 10 Tater Taps, 10 Big Ones, and 15 Imperial Walkers.
Pre Thing:
The PAX then proceeded to the hill adjacent to the lake for a short pre thing. The number 6. The PAX were to perform 5 Merkins at the bottom of the hill, and 1 Big Boy at the top, decreasing the number of Merkins each time up and down and increasing the number of Big Boy situps. After most PAX were close to completing these exercises, Skipper called “Omaha” and the PAX moved on.
The Thing:
The PAX then moseyed around the Boys Town lake, making multiple stops, a “String of Pearls” workout. At each stop, the following exercises were performed:
10 Burpees
20 Big Boy Situps
20 Cherry Pickers
30 Seconds Plank
At one station on the East side of the lake with picnic tables, several PAX were asked to recommend bench exercises. These were performed, including step ups, dips, and elevated Merkins.
Mary:
The PAX conducted 15 American hammers “Rancid style”.
Name-A-Rama
FNG Flanagan was welcomed. Name A Rama was completed as normal.
