COT: (Switching to first person) For my COT, I wanted to speak about the importance of knowing your limits.  As HIM, it can be difficult for each of us to know when enough is enough.  As an example, with the Murph Challenge the PAX have been pushing extra hard, some to the point where it could be affecting their lives outside of F3.  We need to know when we get to the point of things being too much because it is affecting our jobs, families, and friends.  It’s okay to step back and not continuing to go so hard in an attempt to keep our lives in check.

Bayside took the PAX out in a Ball of Man.

AYE!
