I welcomed the PAX at 0515 and recited the F3 Missions Statement – The mission statement of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership

I reminded the group that I am not a professional, that these exercises are suggestions and to modify as needed.

The Thang
I informed the PAX that today’s beatdown was intended to be simple. We would complete a list of exercises with our coupons, then take a lap around the parking lot and would complete the list again, another lap, so on and so forth until OMAHA was called. The list of exercises were:

The attendance at Mount Olympus was fantastic this morning and as a result, the beatdown started as a bit of an organizational mess, but we got through it together.

COT:
I shared with the group that the beatdown this morning was meant to be representative of the theme of my COT. Simplicity. I spoke about how I tend to over complicate things in my life; that my mind will often fill with irrational thoughts about the way things are or the way things should be or how others may feel about me. This is something that I have struggled with my whole life. My intention is to work on this in 2024. I hope to go through this next year without overthinking matters and to communicate better with others on how I’m feeling.
