Warm-o-rama:
The PAX moseyed to Warm-O-Rama through a 3 / 4 lap around the track, meeting at centerfield. Warm-o-rama consisted of Side straddle hops, tappy taps, cherry pickers, big ones, downward dog, and stretches.
Pre-Thang:
The PAX gathered at one end of the football field for merkin variations while running with arms extended to mid-field, and arms overhead to the other end zone. Core exercises were completed in the other end zone before running Bernie Sanders back to the other end zone. This was completed for 4 rounds.
Thang:
The PAX gathered at the base of the bleachers completing exercises at the base before climbing the bleachers and completing exercises on the other end. Incline merkins, Up-downs on the step, dips, Freddy Mecuries, among other exercises were completed by the PAX at each end of the bleachers.
Following these exercises, The PAX gathered together to climb the Merkin Mountain. We climbed the bleachers completing a cumulating merkin count for each step for 15 rounds. 1 merkin in the first round and ending with 15 in the final for 120 merkins in total.
6:05 – Omaha was called
Each PAX called out a Mary exercise prior to Name-o-rama

COT:
I reflected to the PAX on a personal struggle as I transition from a motivation based tangible goal (losing weight) to an identity change (being someone who values mental & physical health). Posting at F3 came easier to me during times of motivation. It has become more challenging as the motivational goal is being removed from the equation. I am now relying on my own discipline to post vs. the benefit my weight loss goal was providing in terms of motivation.
Staying disciplined is harder but provides longer-lasting outcomes and helps mold your identity into who you want to be.
