4:45 AM PAX Fine Print, T-ball, Chippendale, Rowdy, Yogi, Fun Dip, Double Dip, Chernobyl, Bayside adventured through the Mission Forge grounds for a Murph prior to the beatdown.  Great work guys and another great start to a Monday!

I welcomed the PAX to F3 at 5:30 AM.  Started out of the gate with an apology and ‘wow I fudged that up’ moment.  At the end of the Murph Name-o-rama I stated ‘Murphs are for Mondays’ not ‘Mondays are for Murphs’.  On to what F3 stands for, our five core principles, the F3 mission and F3 credo were cited to the PAX followed by the disclaimer.  There was 1 FNG in attendance and I was already excited to get done so I could name my first FNG. (Welcome Goldberg!)

We moseyed south to the street, into the neighborhood and then through the houses to the basketball court for some Warm-o-rama.

COT:

For my COT I discussed ‘fudging up’.  I’ve had personal and non-personal times lately where asindividuals no matter how big or small it seems we need to be okay with apologizing to others.  We are men and think we know everything and our egos can be very large at times.  However, we do make mistakes and we need to put aside our egos and manliness to say we fudged up, apologize and move on.  Speaking from my own personal experience, I have not talked much with my dad for over a year now because he is not able to apologize.  Now on the flip side of this conversation we also need to be welcoming of apologies.  If someone comes to us with an apology we need to open our ears and hear that person out because as we know it takes a lot to get to the point of admitting fault and saying I’m sorry.  No matter if we’re dealing with apologies to or from our M’s, 2.0’s, co-workers or family we need to be okay with saying, I’m sorry!

SYITG!
