Mission Statement: Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the re-invigoration of male community leadership.

5 Core Principals:  1. Open to all men 2. Free of Charge 3. Always held outdoors 4. Lead in a rotating fashion 5. End in Circle of Trust

Credo:   Leave no man behind but leave no man where you found him.

Disclaimer: Not a professional, so modify as necessary. Muffs goal was that everyone push themselves to be 1% better

After a quick mosey down to the football field, we circled up around the 50 for a quick warm-a-rama.

Warm-a-rama

Side Straddle Hop (x15 IC)

Sun Gods (x15 IC) REVERSE (x15 IC)

Tappy Taps (x10 IC)

Pre-Thang:

Muffs had the PAX run to the south end zone to let the beating begin.  PAX counted off into groups of 4.  First PAX member ran a lap around the track while the remaining PAX members got to complete sets of (10) Merkins, (20) Raise the Roofs and (30) Air Squats Rinse/Repeat until all PAX members completed a lap.

The Thang:

Muffs lined all PAX up on the goal line and then it got worse from there.  On your own, the PAX members got to complete the following:

Bear Crawl to the 20, run back to the goal line

Run to the 40, (5) Burpees, run back to the goal line

Run to the far 40, (4) Burpees, run back to the goal line

Run to the far 20, (3) Burpees, run back to the goal line

Run to the far end zone, Caught a break, only (2) burpees, run back to the goal line

When finished, plank until the 6 came in.

First Round, Pit Stop gave us a 30 second breather before Muffs put the pedal back down and had us do it all again! Big shout out to Lemu as rumor has it, he talked Muffs out of Bernie Sanders on the way back!

Second round went well, until Muffs realized, he had more time to demand a round 3.  So we hit it again and to no one’s surprise, the PAX members crushed Round 3 just in time for OMAHA when we moseyed back to the 50, smashed some Hammers and ended in a COT.

Announcements: Patton reminded everyone that Coronado is up and running, bruiser friendly with a battle buddy every Monday. Rowdy let us know that IronPax is still going strong and this Friday you can find those psychos at Block Party, BRING A COUPON!

Prayer Requests: There where 2 prayer requests and many silent ones. Scoober’s little brother is going through treatments for a benign spot on his brain.  Give them all the courage and strength they need to help get through the treatments.  Short Sale’s mother in-law had a fall last week and family needs prayers and positive thoughts and she continues to battle.

COT: Life is full of lessons if we listen and pay attention. When my cousin Jenny’s husband was sick and in the hospital, his sister came to visit during his final few days.  She asked if he had any life advice she could pass on to her kids, his nieces and nephews.  4 words, Don’t be a D***.  Simple but powerful.  We all have frustrations in life and offering others the benefit of the doubt when we want to react in anger, is easier and better for us all.  Let the car in the left lane merge in front of you when the lane ends, you don’t know what is going on that makes them feel they have to get in front.  So a phrase to live by, DBAD!

Rowdy prayed us out!

Thank you to the 28 HIM that joined my VQ and for making me feel that in this game of life, we don’t have to be alone. We have brothers in F3 and a wolf never stands alone!

MUFFS, OUT!
