Pre Thang (Dodge Street Bridge):

Three man grinder with one person doing amrap exercises on each side of the bridge with a push man.

Station 1 exercises included merkins, diamond merkins, Carolina dry docks, werkins, and alternating shoulder taps.

Station 2 exercises included squats, lunges, sumo squats, bobby hurleys, and monkey humpers.

The Thang (Margaret Mary School):

Partner exercise where the group combines for 100 reps of select exercise. One man does said exercise while one man does a lap around the school. The exercises that one person did included big boys, gas pumpers, freddy mercury’s, heels to heaven, rosalitas, and LBC’s.

COT:

Picking up the 6 isn’t always running back to get the last guy to finish running. It includes checking on your brothers to see if their mental health is ok. It’s ok to not be ok so we are here for one another if they aren’t ok. Please take advantage of that as F3 is a great way utilize mental health.
