COT

My theme was around inspiration. Who inspires you.  I informed the PAX during warm-o-rama that there would be group participation in my COT and thank to Tea Party and Truly for stepping up and talking about who inspires them.  Tea Party started out by talking about his brother who has overcome a lot throughout the years and is one of the main reasons he keeps coming to F3 every day.  Truly spoke about his dad and how impactful he’s been on his life.  Hard working and always there for their family!

I mentioned how inspirational Tim Tebow has been for many people (especially Gator) : ) and read the below quote from Tim:

“One of the greatest questions you can ask yourself is: Does my life change other people’s lives for the better?”

I pondered this question and mentioned how I struggle with pride and ego and really wonder if I’m having an impact on other people’s lives, primarily my concentrica (M and 2.0’s).  I informed the PAX that selfishly I come to work outs to get better and feel good about myself.  That is not the intent but it is a struggle I have.  We all need to make sure we are having a positive impact on other people’s lives other than ourselves.  I challenged the PAX to start with their family, make impacts every day.  Then go to your brothers in the gloom and help them show up and be accountable!  If we can impact one man’s life it will be a domino affect!

Cheap Seats took us out in prayer
