YHC greeted the PAX upon arrival. He had spent the morning setting up our six spots around in the Stinson Parking garage. Mission Statement, Creedo and Principles were shared… It was cold and slick so we got to moving!
Warm’A’Rama was completed at the base of the Stinson Park Garage stairwell.
PRE-THANG
At the stairwell of the parking garage we split into two group. One group move from level one to three and the other from three to five. At each step on the way up you completed a squat, on way down you completed an Arnold press. This was completed 2x.
THANG
Pax met at the 3rd level of the Stinson parking garage. Spread out evenly through the level were six spots. Each spot contained six exercises. We began at spot number three. PAX then took turns rolling a dice to determine what exercise we would complete. All exercises were to 20x reps. If the lap mosey was rolled a full lap was ran and then advanced to next station. All movements were completed with dumb bells in hand.

COT
Sometimes staying up way too late is necessary. Or completely worth the price you will pay the next few days. And sometimes, you’ll pop up awake for the night after only sleeping a couple of hours.
This is life, And perfection isn’t the goal here. Consistency is. Bravery is. Discipline is. Pick a plan and stick to it!
