PAX: Heihei, Waterboy, Z-bo, Vandelay, Room Service, Honey Maid, House Party, Lansbury, Stitches FNGs: None
COUNT: 11
QIC Golden Puke arrived on the scene about a half hour early to setup. Scoped out the area and found a field to put up a 40yd by 40yd square with cones. Then lined up cones along the avenue to the shovel flag. Energy was high as ruckers set off and the PAX started to trickle in.

WARMUP: 15x Tappy Taps, 15x SSH, 15x Tater Taps, 15x Big Ones

PRE-THANG:
YHC lead the PAX to the square in the field and divided them into two groups. YHC instructed group #1 to do the exercises with the Tabata timer calling out the exercises every 30 seconds. When the set’s done, they’d then switch with group #2 who are doing bear crawls around the square.

So the tabata order was:
Burpees for 30 seconds
10 count
Pickle pushers for 30 seconds
10 count
Arm reaches for 30 seconds
10 count
Jump tucks for 30 seconds
10 count
Switch with the other team

Initially, the Q wanted a bear crawl chain but that wasn’t happening, so mostly it became OYO.

THE THANG:

YHC then lead the PAX back to the shovel flag area and instructed them thus:

– There are 5 stations arranged in a loop.
– Group #1 will plank here.
– Group #2 will mosey to the first station and do the exercises on said station PLUS the number of burpees in red letters. – Group #1 is then OK to go once group #2 has finished the station. – Group #1 does the exercises on the cone MINUS the burpees.
– IF group #1 catches group #2 by the end of the loop, then group #2 must do the 15 burpees strewn throughout the loop stations again. – IF group #2 outruns group #1 then group #1 does 15 burpees.

Station #1
15 Bobby Hurleys
15 Apollo Onos
**1 Burpees for Geese**

Station #2
15 Flutter kicks
15 Box cutters
**2 Burpees for Geese**

Station #3
15 T-Merkins
15 Big boys
**3 Burpees for the Geese**

Station #4
15 High knees
15 Monkey humpers
**4 Burpees for the Geese**

Station #5
15 Cherry pickers
15 Tappy taps
**5 Burpees for the Geese**

We did two rounds with the same group composition and then mixed it up in the 3rd round. Seemed like no matter which group YHC was in, there were always burpees at the end.

COT:

Notable things that I never thought I would ever do but I have done them since joining F3:

Lost 45 lbs.
Ran over 500 miles total.
Ran a half marathon.
Ran numerous 10ks and 5ks.
Qed 23 beatdowns.

F3 has brought a lot of positivity into my life over this past year by helping me accelerate and find my physical limits. It’s help me find goals and smash them.

But I am most thankful for how F3 has shown me how to live in peace and harmony with the people around me. It’s helped me focus on the internal, spiritual things I had lost sight over over my walk with God. Through this community, the iron sharpening iron has been invaluable to my personal growth.

Thank you F3 for being what I needed and here’s to many more years of acceleration!
