YHC greeted the PAX upon arrival.  He had spent the morning setting up our three spots around Beverly Hills.  Mission Statement, Creedo and Principles were shared… At this point we were greeted with the first of what would be many alarms. The Hanscom Park Pavilion alarm continued to trip throughout the duration of the beatdown.  Warm’A’Rama was completed in place before we took off for the Thang.

PICK ONE: Hanscom Park Hill – Four stops, PAX choose which exercises to complete at each spot.  Distances ranged from 20, 40, 60 and 80 yards.
