Mosey around the parking lot and gather near the school entrance.

It is the holiday season, so we played some Heavy Metal Christmas music from August Burns Red for warmarama and left it running for the remainder of the workout.

We then moseyed west up a hill to the soccer field for a Quarter Pounder

Ever since GD started up Bell Tower I have had the song For Whom the Bell Tolls by Metallica in my head and wanted to incorporate that.

For whom the Bell Tolls – Plank then Merkin when the bell DONGS or the phrase “For whom the Bell Tolls” is said.  By my counting there were about 35 Merkins done mostly at the beginning and at the end.  It actually stunk quite a bit, so success.

Prayers for Schrutes daughter, Mulch’s back and my own upcoming back surgery.

The love we have for others can be conditional. If someone loves us and treats us with respect, we love them back, it is easy to do that.  However, if they disrespect us or are unloving, we are likely to walk away from that relationship.  So I challenged the PAX, is your relationship with God or those around you TRANSACTIONAL or TRANSFORMATIONAL.  The transformational relationship will look to overcome the disrespect and unloving treatment.

Aye, Biff
