Mosey’d over to HWS Cleveland Blvd. There’s a nice hill here. We partnered up. 1 guy sprints the hill, partner AMRAP squat jumps. Rinse & Repeat x 3.
Mosey’d back to the flags and of course hit Atlas for one more hill.

CoT: Talked about admitting your wrong. A/C unit was acting up and I dismissed my wife actually knowing what was going on. I checked it and she was right. I told her you were correct and sorry for dismissing her.
Also talked about a brown belt in jiu jitsu during our lunch class. We did 6 rounds of 5 minutes each. Senior belt got to pick the position. He’s a little guy, maybe 135lbs at most. And everytime I went with him, he picked the absolutely worst position he could against me. I sub’d him twice during our rolls. But he knew he had a challenging spot to work from and wanted to get better at it. He sucked up his pride to challenge himself and get better.
I led us out in prayer.
