Q: Bloodshot
YHC smiled to see former site Qs Lansbury and Pigpen waiting as I walked to the flag. As more former site Qs filed in (13 total), all of whom have helped YHC through 1st/2nd/3rd Fs over the past 5+ years, I wondered…IS THIS SOME KIND OF INTERVENTION FOR BLOODSHOT?!
I knew this would be a special morning so wasted no time reciting the F3 mission, 5 core principles, disclaimer and credo. 2 recommendations: back into parking spots, and beat Battlefield to coffee. Then we moseyed a short lap before warmarama.

Course starting at Basketball court up the hill, around the short loop, to the street barricades and back up to the basketball court.
One PAX ran clockwise and their partner PAX ran counter clockwise. When PAX paths crossed, they did 15 reps of a chest exercise, then continued running until paths crossed again. Second meet up was 15 reps of a leg exercise, Third was 15 reps of an Abdominal exercise. Rinse and repeat until Omaha.

COT:
“See you when I see you” is a great beatdown for small numbers, which is what I anticipated today. To see as many meaningful people in my F3 journey crossing paths with myself and each other was a treat. In the flip side, there’s been PAX that I’ve spent cold dark winters with that I’m hoping to cross paths with again. Coupled with my last month of sick/colds and missing regular posts, I expressed gratitude for these men being there when I’m able to post. Tater tot knows that every day is my last F3 day…until I get pulled right back in the next day.
*Somehow…Safe Ride (only) beat us to coffee.
