Mission Statement, Principles and let me read you this quick prayer from my morning reflection book: 

I pray that I may make my day count somewhat for God. I pray that I may not spend it all selfishly.

Start with Mosey:  Outward chest press together Mosey up and around the path that is around soccer field to picnic tables

Warm a Rama:

20-Derkins

20-Dips

20-Set-ups IC

Repeat maybe 3X

Goofball Mosey: up and around the path that is around soccer field and line up between cones on West hill.

The Pre Thang: (The Bernie Khak Attack)

Set up cones bottom of hill and top

​Line up at one set of cones. These will be done with your partner.

​Start with Hydraulic Squat at line, do one, then Bernie up hill to next set of cones, do Freddy Mercury: 1 IC, run back to starting line.

Repeat, adding one rep at each set of cones until 10 reps of each.

Example:    1 Hydraulic Squat, Bernie, 1 IC Freddy Mercury, Run

​​2 Hydraulic Squat, Bernie, 2 IC Freddy Mercury’s, Run​

​​3 Hydraulic Squat, Bernie, 3 IC Freddy Mercury’s… up to

The Thang: Line up on goal line with a partner

Round 1:  10-1 (11’s) Groiners to Merkins

10 Groiners, Mosey 50 yards, 1 Merkin, Bernie back 50 yards

9 Groiners, Mosey 50 yards, 2 Merkins, Bernie back 50 yards

8 Groiners, Mosey 50 yards, 3 Merkins, Bernie back 50 yards…to 1 Groiner, Mosey 50 yards, 10 Merkins, Bernie back 50 yards

Overhead air press Mosey up and around the path that is around soccer field. Line up at South Endzone between cones

Round 2:  10-1 (11’s) HR Burpees back to Big Boys

10 HR Burpees, Mosey 50 yards, 1 -Big Boy, Bernie back 50 yards

9 HR Burpees, Mosey 50 yards, 2 – Big Boys, Bernie back 50 yards

8 HR Burpees, Mosey 50 yards, 3 – Big Boys, Bernie back 50 yards…to 1 HR Burpee, Mosey 50 yards, 10 –Big Boys, Bernie back 50 yards

Rinse and repeat until Omaha called at 6:07

Rancid E2K’s: One round one side, next round other side

This was an absolute disaster, filled with laughs and misunderstanding of how to count an exercise. It was awesome and it contributed to Slow Pitch not being able to remember what he was doing in the NOR.

COT: Being Vulnerable and Accountability

This was originally a written COT about some accountability but was then freestyled because of a prayer for a Pax member. It was about the power of the pax giving strength to some of us that need to draw from it. The long and short of the COT was, I need you, others need you to show up because you are sometimes the reason why they have the strength to share the hard challenges that they are facing today. Keep showing up and be there for others. 

I pray that I may make my day count somewhat for God. I pray that I may not spend it all selfishly.
