The Q forgot what he was doing at this point. Everyone looked at him like he had a penis growing out of his forehead. He clearly was struggling with breathing, thinking and doing things in the correct order. This also carried over into his lead at the Q Source, where he read the material twice, but then threw out the open discussion because he forgot what he had read.
COT: In our world, our country, our state, our city, our communities, organizations, families and ourselves, there are many events, decisions, beliefs, missions, principles, and several differing opinions, that all of those and us have. We all get to live amongst each other, navigating all of those differences and not necessarily knowing what each other’s mission or principles may be. When they are announced or stated, we may not agree with them, we may recoil or get angry or not take the time to listen for understanding. There doesn’t have to be agreeance, but hopefully there is a respectful exchange or conversation and willingness to be kind to each and their beliefs. I love F3!
One of the many reasons I love F3 is that it has a defined mission statement, 5 core principles and a credo. The mission statement: To plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. It is what drives all decisions, giving missionality to this fellowship of men. It also has 5 core principles, in which are guardrails to assist with the mission. I will focus on the second one: Open to all men. This to me means “all inclusive.” Any man, regardless of shape, size, color, religion, orientation, depressed, happy, alcoholic, addicted, profession or political beliefs are embraced and encouraged to be here and loved. If it wasn’t open to all, perhaps I wouldn’t be included, perhaps you wouldn’t be included, however the facts are it is open to you and me. As a fellowship that is open to all men, with the mission to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership, we need to be kind to each other, we need to hug and love one another, we need to allow each other to have their own beliefs and give them the grace to have them, even if we personally disagree. People are watching, our kids are watching, you are and I am, the community is and we are examples of how to be leaders within it. I love this fellowship and I love you guys. Please be kind to each and every one of your F3 brothers and know that we are here for one mission; To plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. We just worked out, so go be a leader in our community!
