PAX members started gathering around the flags at approximately 5:20 for some mumble chatter and pre-stretching as those who pre-ran and pre-rucked joined.
5:30: Did the F3 intro – Fitness, Fellowship and Faith.
Five Core Principles – open to all men, free of charge, always held outside, peer led in a rotating fashion, we end in circle of trust (COT).
Mission statement is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Credo is to leave no man behind but leave no man where you found him.
Announced that I wasn’t a professional and to modify exercises as needed.

Warm-A-Rama: Moseyed around the parking lot then completed the following:
-Side Straddle Hops x 15 (IC)
-Big One’s x 10 (IC)
-Cherry Pickers x 15 (IC)
-Tappy Taps x 15 (IC)
-Michael Phelps x 10 (IC)
Pre-Thing: Moseyed to the back of businesses and used planter boxes to complete the following:
-Incline Merkins x 20 (on the down), Step-ups x 20 (IC), Dips x 20 (on the down)
-Incline Merkins x 15 (on the down), Step-ups x 15 (IC), Dips x 15 (on the down)
-Incline Merkins x 10 (on the down), Step-ups x 10 (IC), Dips x 10 (on the down)
The Thing: Moseyed to parking lot south of parking garage and completed a two-man grinder.
-At the bottom of the hill 1 PAX member AMRAP’d while the 2nd PAX member ran to top of the hill then returned to bottom to relieve partner. Continued until Omaha was called.
Exercises Completed:
-Air Squats, Alternating Should Taps, LBC’s, Apollo Ono’s, Merkins, Heels to Heaven, Alternating Lunges, Air Shoulder Presses, Flutter Kicks, *Rinse and Repeat
6:05: Omaha was called and we moseyed back to the flags.

COT: Shared a quote from Dolly Parton: “The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain…”. Success (rainbow) won’t be fully achieved if you don’t take time to deal with the challenges (rain) along the way. Don’t leave loose ends in the process of working towards a goal; it will only create more and unnecessary work on the backend.
