Run 400m to the end of the extra long block

Once done we moseyed to near the flags for Mary. PAX did 10 each side X sit ups (left arm to right leg and right arm to left leg). We then completed 15 IC LBC’s. Finally slammers.
COT:
The unexamined life is not worth living.
– Socrates
YHC told the PAX how I had been looking for inspiration and found it in a quote from an email. Greek philosopher Socrates talked about an unexamined life. YHC told the PAX how it was important to step back and reflect on where each other was in their life and how it’s important to reset be where they want to be. So to make sure to step back and reflect often.
