PAX members started gathering around the flags at approximately 5:20 for some mumble chatter and pre-stretching as those who pre-ran and pre-rucked joined.

5:30: Did the F3 intro – Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. 

Five Core Principles – open to all men, free of charge, always held outside, peer led in a rotating fashion, we end in circle of trust (COT).

Mission statement is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

Credo is to leave no man behind but leave no man where you found him.

Announced that I wasn’t a professional and to modify exercises as needed. 

FNG’s: Mr. Peanut, Rover, Bow Wow, Curveball, Black Diamond, Unlucky, Wickets

Warm-A-Rama: mosey around the block to bottom of hill by the stairs

Pre-Thing:

  • alternating lunges, IC slow count, 10X – run up hill
  • High knees IC X 15 – Bernie up hill
  • Big Ones X 10 – shuffle up hill one side
  • Sun gods  X 10, front and back – shuffle up hill right
  • Side straddle hops X 15 – run up hill to the field

The Thing:

Start at the goal line, run to the flag and do the workout (listed below), return to the goalie and go to the next flag, continue this all the way down the field, returning to the original starting point between each workout.

  • 20 merkins (20 yard line)
  • 20 squats (40 yard line)
  • 20 dry docks (opposite 40 yard line)
  • 20 alternating lunges (opposite 20 yard line)
  • 20 big boys (opposite goal line)

6:05: Omaha was called and we moseyed back to the flags.

Mary: not done, ran out of time naming FNGs

Name-O-Rama was completed
