Intro (0700):
Snidely welcomed everyone to Brickyard. F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith.
Snidely recited the 5 core principles: 1) Free of charge, 2) Open to all men, 3) Always held outside, 4) Led in a rotating fashion, 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust.
Snidely preached F3’s mission – to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership and then credo, which is to leave no man behind but leave no man where you FIND him.
Snidely gave the disclaimer – no one at this workout is a professional, so modify as necessary, but do not modify the effort.
No FNGs.

Four Corners Cumulative Grinder
Start at Corner 1. Perform the exercises at each corner cumulatively (i.e., do Corner 1 exercises, then mosey to 2 and do 1+2, then to 3 and do 1+2+3, etc.). Push between corners and choose a Method of Travel.Â

How it works:
- Round 1: All corners once (ends with 10 burpees).
- Round 2: All corners again, but increase every exercise by 10 reps. (We took two laps at this point to allow Pax to recover).
- Round 3: All corners again, but increase every exercise by 10 reps, and so on. (We made it through Round 3 Station 3 before running out of time).

Circle of Trust (COT):
- Reflected on the 40+ Qs this year. I appreciated the opportunity to serve. Sometimes this was the one thing I could control in my life, but it was a way of giving back and helping lead other men who wanted to be led. I appreciated the opportunity to push my creativity and think of new, challenging ways for me to dream up exercises. I need to keep things fresh for me, too. I want to encourage others to step up an Q more frequently. It is rewarding.
