0530 – Light group today gathered.

The Mission of F3 is to Plant, Grow, and Serve small workouts groups for the reinvigoration of male community leadership.
QIC noted he was not a fitness professional so the PAX should modify the workout as needed.
Warm-a-rama: Top of Hanscom Park Drive Hill.

The Thang – Bottom of Hanscom Park Drive Hill – 2-man grinder. The Dodger Beatdown. Each set of reps corresponded to the year the Dodgers have won the World Series.
2- man team grinder. Cumulative exercises.
· 55 – Big Boys
· 59 – Alternating Lunges
· 63 – Alternating Shoulder Taps (IC)
· 65 – Werkins
· 81 – Copperhead Squats (IC)
· 88 – LBC’s (IC)
· 20 Burpees (total per each individual PAX).
· 24 High Knees. Both groups finished the 24 High Knees together.
Post Thang
PAX stayed in a single group and did AMRAP core exercises while 1 PAX ran around the pavilion. We did 2 rounds of this before OMAHA.

My 2nd Q of Thanks (Circle of Thanks…eh?) partially continued with a baseball theme. The larger message of the morning was that I was thankful to live in a country where we can all voice our ideas and opinions openly with each other. It might not seem like that in some situations, but the morning was filled with fun and meaningful mumble chatter where I learned more about some of the other PAX. I know for a fact that all of us there that morning and the gentlemen in my shield lock don’t think the same way about certain issues or ideals, but our goals are not to look for where we agree. It should be to find an atmosphere of mutual respect and growth.
